Residency is restricted by age and income:

Age Limit: Applicants must be 62 years of age, or older, unless a married couple. Only one spouse needs be 62 or older.

Income Limits: For Annex II, Manor and Wings II: $26,800 for one person; $29,450 for two persons. For Center and Villas: $41,250 for one person; $47,150 for two persons.

Rents: Annex II and Wings II rents are based on 30% of income. A $49 electric allowance is allotted to the Wings II building and a $43 electrical allowance is allocated to Annex II building. Manor rents are based on 30% of income; all utilities are included except phone and cable TV. Center rents range from $614 to $634; all utilities included except phone and cable TV. Villas rents range from $643 to $773; all utilities are included except phone and cable TV.

The apartments are one-bedroom units, with full kitchens, for independent seniors. Other admission requirements must be met.
